zenith digital Services follows Paddle’s refund policy for all payments processed through Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund requests are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment processor. To request a refund, please contact Paddle using the instructions provided in your purchase receipt or through Paddle’s customer support.
Where a refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund back to the original payment method where possible.
